Experience the joy and dynamic energy of group meditations

Wednesdays 6:30 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.

Meditation is one of the most natural and rewarding of all human activities. It gives direct, intuitive experience of higher realities, and is the cornerstone of true spirituality. It also brings balance, rest, and a growing inner peace. While its highest and original purpose is to help us awaken our inner, spiritual nature, the benefits to body and mind are well established by medical research and include:

  • Reducing tension and stress at will
  • Feel happier, more relaxed, and at peace within
  • Improve health, mental clarity, and vitality
  • Develop a more intuitive, heart-centered way of life
  • Discover and explore your inner spiritual nature

Our Wednesday meditations begin with Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energization Exercises followed by group chanting, leading us into silent meditation.

All are welcome to this gathering of like-minded souls for devotional chanting and silent meditation. Ananda is a nonsectarian center for meditation, spiritual growth, and community. Stay afterwards for fellowship and light snacks.

No experience required. Everyone is welcome.

Free: Donations are welcomed HERE or at the event.

Stay afterward to enjoy light snacks and community.
