During these challenging times we do not have to put our spiritual practice on hold. 

Meditation is one of the most natural and rewarding of all human activities.

We will begin this evening with Paramhansa Yogananda’s energization exercises followed by group chanting, leading us into silent meditation.

This evening will include:

  • 7:00pm energization exercises
  • 7:15 chanting
  • 7:30 1/2 hour meditation
  • 8:00 closing healing prayers

Please: Arrive early to enter the zoom meeting. We will begin right at 7pm.

All are welcome to this gathering of like-minded souls for devotional chanting and silent meditation.

No experience required. Experience the joy and dynamic energy of group meditations.
