We’ll begin with a prayer at 5:30am, followed by a chant then a period of silent meditation. We’ll end by offering healing prayers, which opens our hearts and shares the blessings we’ve received through our practice.
Meditation is the heart of our practice at Ananda. Join us in person each morning (or on those days when it’s convenient) for a period of deep inner communion. Whether you have been meditating for many years or are just beginning your inner journey, we invite you to experience the joy of meditating. We welcome all faiths, all levels of practice, all walks of life.

Time: Weekdays 5:30am-6:30am. We kindly ask that you please arrive early enough to be set up and ready to begin by 5:30.
