What if greater peace, purpose, and harmony were not distant goals, but qualities you could cultivate in daily life?

In this uplifting two-night course, we’ll explore timeless principles from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali that offer practical guidance for living with greater balance, clarity, and inner freedom. Known as the Yamas and Niyamas, these foundational teachings provide a spiritual roadmap for navigating relationships, work, challenges, and our own inner growth.

Far more than rules or moral guidelines, these principles help us align our lives with deeper truths that lead to lasting happiness and fulfillment. As Paramhansa Yogananda taught, true spiritual growth begins not only in meditation, but in how we think, act, serve, and relate to the world around us.

Whether you are new to yoga philosophy or looking to deepen your spiritual understanding, this course offers practical wisdom you can apply immediately to everyday life.

Join us as we discover how these ancient teachings remain profoundly relevant today, helping us live with greater peace, purpose, joy, and awareness.

Dates & Time: Tues. June 9, and Tues. June 16. 6:30pm-8:00pm.

Cost: $25 includes both evenings.
