How do we live on a daily basis such that we don’t create more karma and we even neutralize past karmas?  How do we find inner joy amidst challenging outer circumstances

The Yamas and Niyamas are steps one and two of Patanjali’s eight-fold path. The Yamas and Niyamas are suitable for everyone! This is why Swami Kriyananda called his book “Demystifying Patanjali.” No one need be afraid of approaching Patanjali. He is simply describing the route everyone takes as our consciousness expands.

Patanjali says there are five behaviors we MUST control (Yamas) and five we need not control (Niyamas). What’s important is that there are zero exceptions.

Come share beautiful discussions about the application of the Yamas and Niyamas in our daily lives. Ask questions that apply to your own life. Leave empowered to change yourself from within.
