All scriptures declare man to be not a corruptible body, but a living soul; by Kriya he is given a method to prove the scriptural truth.Paramhansa Yogananda
This course is Step-4 on the Path of Kriya Yoga and offers the final preparation to become eligible for initiation into Kriya Yoga.

Even though Kriya Yoga is a specific technique, Paramhansa Yogananda taught it as part of a spiritual path.
The Path of Kriya Yoga includes specific techniques of meditation, the philosophical understanding from Art and Science of Raja Yoga, along with discipleship. After a student has completed these courses of study, they are eligible to take Kriya Prep, the fourth step on the Path of Kriya Yoga.
Step Four: Preparation for Kriya Yoga, is designed to seamlessly integrate your previous training, while also introducing new techniques, establishing a comprehensive daily practice in preparation for Kriya initiation. We will review previously taught techniques and customize an integrated meditation routine, crucial for a proficient Kriya yoga practice.
The science of Kriya Yoga is eternal. It is true like mathematics, like the simple rules of addition and subtraction, the law of Kriya can never be destroyed. -Paramhansa Yogananda
