By popular demand, this course has been extended into a 3-part series!

Two additional sessions with Nayaswami Atmajyoti have been added. We’ll join her via Zoom and experience the sessions together at Ananda Thousand Oaks. See the additional dates below

Join us as we explore how to listen more deeply to the Divine voice within. Learn to work in harmony with Spirit, aligning yourself with Divine Guidance. Based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda.

No prior attendance required – each class includes a short review of previous material.

Through discussion, inspiration, and simple practices, you’ll gain tools to recognize the subtle whispers of intuition, distinguish them from the chatter of ego, and act with greater clarity and confidence. This class is a gentle invitation to cultivate inner stillness and strengthen your connection with Spirit, allowing divine wisdom to guide you in daily life.

At its heart, this course is about discovering who we really are—beyond the limits of body and mind—rooted in something eternal and boundless. This is not just philosophy, but a truth we can experience.

“I am a spark from the Infinite. I am not flesh and bones. I am light.” –Paramhansa Yogananda

This course invites students to begin realizing that truth for themselves.
