2 1/2-Hour Sadhana (Spiritual Practice): Yoga + Chanting + Meditation = Bliss

Join us for a sacred evening filled with yoga, devotional chanting, and meditation.  Through yoga postures, affirmations, chanting, and meditation we will uplift the body, mind, and soul into higher consciousness.

Approximate Evening Schedule:

  • 6:30pm-6:45pm:  Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energization Exercises
  • 6:45pm-7:20pm   Yoga to harmonize the body, mind, and soul
  • 7:25pm-8:00pm:  Chanting to transform and uplift the soul, and open the heart
  • 8:00pm-8:50pm: Meditation to discover your Highest Self.
  • 8:50pm-9:00pm: Short reading and healing prayers
