We’ll begin this evening with Paramhansa Yogananda’s energization exercises followed by group chanting, leading us into silent meditation.

Afterward, remain online and enjoy Satsang (good company) as we support and catch up with each other. Meet new people or catch up with old friends!

This is a great opportunity to create your own altar, if you haven’t already. Just gather items that feel inspirational.  This might include a candle, flowers, items gathered in nature, incense or even a small statue. Anything that helps you connect with feelings of the heart. There is absolutely no right or wrong about this. It’s Personal!

7:15  Chanting
7:30 Half hour meditation, closing with healing prayers
8:00-8:30 Community gathering – online Satsang
